Richard was a gentle, generous man who had many talents, and the rare ability to give you his undivided attention. I am so pleased our paths crossed at the Wolverhampton Society of Artists. He left so many happy memories. Surprisingly, but perhaps arising from our common Tipton heritage, during one of our last painting days, at Wightwick Manor, Richard showed me where and how to scrump mulberries - very enjoyable.
