Richard and Margaret lived next door to my late parents in Corfton Drive for over 20 years. They were the quite simply the best, most friendly ,and most genuine neighbours. When Mum and Dad passed away in 2007 and 2004 respectively Richard was a massive help in helping me with all sorts of matters,given that we live in the Manchester area. Having sold No. 4 just before Christmas 2012, Richard was at the bottom of a ladder helping me empty the loft,and we enjoyed a drink and a laugh after. His illness and death so soon after is such a shock. A warm,friendly,lovely man who will be sadly missed by all fortunate enough to have known him.
